Honorable Mention: Waka Flocka Gives Back

The Georgia teen's wish was to meet Waka Flocka Flame.

Waka made his biggest fan's dream come true when he surprised Kiyana, a terminally ill teen with kidney failure who's dream was to spend the day shopping with the rapper. The platinum selling rapper was contacted by the Make a Wish Foundation who asked him to make the 16-year-old girl's wish come true. Not only did Kiyana get the experience of a lifetime, but it also made Waka think about his own life and reflect on what matters the most: family. Despite his tremendous fame, Waka said "Family is the most important thing, and being able to make a difference while you're here. I was put here for a reason. We all were, feel me?
All we can do is better ourselves and help others."
